Our Staff

Staff Training and Development

Our staff members bring many credentials to the table, from our part time college students to our credentialed teachers. We all continually strive to learn new skills and to improve upon our early childhood education methods. To this end, every staff member of Roberge Early Learning Center participates in seminars, workshops, college level courses, in-service or online certificate programs every year. All full time personnel complete a minimum of 20 hours each year in continuing education, as well as regular First Aid and CPR training.
